DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

However, we may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.

ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS

You shall be responsible for providing accurate details concerning your order placement e.g. addresses, email addresses, mobile number, etc. In the event that you provided us with inaccurate details, you will be liable for any cause. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting an order with us. We shall not be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by you due to inaccurate information submitted by you.

You can only cancel order(s) within 1 hour from when the order was placed.

We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding order processing.

 

PRICING/PRICING ERRORS

Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7Budget reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reasons. We will notify you of any errors in pricing and you may elect to or not purchase any good (s) where the price has been corrected.

This technology encrypts all information including your credit/debit card and all personal information passed from you through our website.

Your credit/debit card purchase may take a few minutes to process to allow us time to confirm your billing information with your financial institution.

INVOICE

You will receive an email notification containing the details of your order within 2 – 15minutes from the time you place your order. PROMOTIONAL CODES

  • 7Budget promotion codes entitle you to an offer on your online and offline order from www.7budget.com or visiting any of our offline stores.To utilise your promotion code, click the “Apply Discount code” button on the checkout page and enter the specific code or and tender the promotional codes at the cash point at any of our offline stores. Please note, promotion codes can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Promotion codes are territory specific, remain our property, are not transferable and are not valid for the purchase of gift cards or gift vouchers. There is no cash alternative. Promotion codes and related offers are not open to employees of 7budget and we reserve the right to withdraw them and refuse or restrict any order at any time. Promotion codes are only valid on www.7budget.com for payments made by residents of Nigeria, United Kingdom, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Europe, payment made by Euros, US Dollars, Pounds Sterling, Ghana Cedis, Kenya Shillings, South African Rands can be enabled by selecting the appropriate flag in the dropdown currency selection menu in the top right-hand corner on the homepage.
  • We may make available to you promotional codes from time to time. The use of a promotional code in respect of an order shall only be permitted where used by the person for whom it is intended and for single use ONLY unless otherwise provided and clearly indicated by us.
  • Promotional codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer such as Sales campaign.
  • Any promotional code offer shall be subject to the terms and conditions of such an offer as notified by us to you at the time of providing such an offer. These terms and conditions shall apply in addition to the above Conditions.

STORE CREDIT

  • You are obligated to place your first order before you can use or transfer store credit , if you use or transfer store credit before your first order you lose your store credit.
  • We will only process orders with store credit after your first order on 7budget.com
  • There is no cash alternative available in respect of the store credit

PAY SMALL SMALL

  • You are expected to make a downpayment of 20% to secure your product.
  • You can pay in 6 installments for 6 weeks.
  • You can’t access your products until payments are completed.
  • Failure to complete Payment on the due date attracts a grace period of two weeks after which N2,000 would be charged as demurrage for locking.
  • You can cancel your plan at any time. However, cancelation or payment defaultment attracts a deduction of 50% of initial down payment, while 50% would be credited back to the customer’s bank account in the customer’s name.
  • The 50% deducted from the initial down payment is for administrative charge for demurrage accrued from locking down the product for a period of time and forfeiting payment.

COMPETITIONS AND ENGAGEMENTS

  • We may, in our sole discretion, offer competitions to you at any time and in such manner as we deem appropriate.
  • All prizes offered are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative unless otherwise declared at the company’s discretion.
  • There will be only one winner per competition, drawn at random after the closing date unless otherwise stated.
  • Winners of such competitions and/or engagements will be notified by email and via call. If we cannot make contact with the winner, or the winner does not claim the prize within [14] days thereafter, we reserve the right to select a new winner by random draw until we are able to contact a winner.
  • You are obligated to provide the right details to enable us to contact you accordingly. Where inaccurate details are provided and we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to select another winner for the same.
  • We may cancel any competition or offer as we deem fit without notice.
